Agro Indústrias do Vale do São Francisco S.A. – AGROVALE is a sugar, ethanol, and bioelectricity producer located in Juazeiro, Bahia. AGROVALE seeks an intern to support commercial activities, including: sales planning for sugar and alcohol products based on the mill’s production schedule, serving both domestic and international markets to achieve the Board’s budgetary targets. Responsibilities and duties * Contribute to weekly sales planning evaluation to ensure achievement of established targets; verify pending order entries to guarantee timely fulfillment for all customers. * Assist in maintaining departmental KPIs by collecting data, updating dashboards, and generating reports to provide strategic decision-making information. * Contribute to developing the weekly loading plan so all departments can coordinate their actions. * Support monthly sectoral requests and requisitions to ensure all necessary materials are properly ordered. * Assist daily in monitoring export operations, ensuring port deliveries, adherence to scheduling, issuance of required shipping documentation, and handling any incidents arising during the process. * Support invoice registration and submission to ensure payments are made according to the mill’s stipulated deadlines. * Assist in monitoring inventory levels and outstanding delivery balances to relay information to production and logistics departments. * Monitor domestic and international markets daily to identify opportunities for improving pricing strategies and product positioning. * Assist in strategically formulating product offers to retain existing customers and attract new potential clients. * Actively participate in post-sales customer interactions to identify improvement opportunities for both the company and customers, as well as monitor damage claims and provide customer feedback. Requirements and qualifications * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
