Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed driver for transporting employees and supporting operational demands, ensuring team safety and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Transport employees between Petrolina and the farm, and vice versa 2. Conduct internal transfers to meet the company's operational demands 3. Provide support in emergency situations Driver Position We seek a responsible, committed, and professional individual to transport employees and support the company's operational demands. This role is essential to ensure our team's safety and well-being, as well as to directly contribute to the smooth operation of farm activities. Key Responsibilities: * Transport employees between Petrolina and the farm, and vice versa; * Conduct internal transfers to meet the company's operational demands; * Transport employees for medical examinations when necessary; * Provide support in emergency situations by transporting individuals to health clinics or hospitals; * Conduct purchases and collect materials in Petrolina and Santana; * Transport apprentices to Santana do Sobrado when necessary. Requirements: * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (minimum requirement) * Category D license will be considered an advantage * Proven experience as a driver; * Defensive driving skills and responsible conduct; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Commitment to safety regulations.
