The **Financial Assistant** is responsible for supporting the hotel's financial activities, ensuring proper control of cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, billing, bank reconciliation, and administrative support to maintain organized and accurate financial records. **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** * Manage and record payments in the financial system. * Issue and track customer bank slips (boletos) and invoices. * Monitor due dates and schedule payments within deadlines. **Bank Reconciliation:** * Verify bank statements daily, validating deposits and withdrawals. * Identify and correct potential financial discrepancies. **Billing and Collections:** * Issue invoices and bank slips (boletos) for customers and partner companies. * Monitor delinquencies and conduct follow-up contact for collections. **Cash Control:** * Verify and record financial transactions from the front desk and other departments. * Assist in verifying amounts received via various payment methods.
