Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The opportunity** The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the entire maintenance area at the Kero Coco plant in Petrolina-PE, ensuring productive assets are always in ideal operating conditions. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency, while promoting safety, quality, sustainability, and cost optimization. This position works in a multidisciplinary manner, closely collaborating with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance. **Your impact** Lead and develop the maintenance team (engineers, analysts, supervisors, and technicians), fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement. Manage planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to the master maintenance plan. Control maintenance costs (CAPEX and OPEX), ensuring efficient resource use and compliance with approved budgets. Ensure asset reliability and availability through failure analysis (RCFA), improvement projects, and application of Lean/Six Sigma tools. Manage the utilities and facilities team, ensuring reliability of resources (water, electricity, gas, steam), aligning operations with sustainability and energy efficiency goals. Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, True Efficiency), identifying deviations and implementing corrective plans. Implement global PepsiCo methodologies (PeMM, TPM, lubrication plans, pre-kitting, autonomous maintenance), ensuring operational discipline. Conduct routine meetings (DMS) and performance reviews, ensuring action prioritization and alignment with production. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, food safety, and quality regulations. Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams on expansion, automation, and production line upgrade projects. Qualifications: **Who we're looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields); * Proven experience in maintenance management within large-scale industries (preferably food or beverage); * Advanced knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma); * Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Maximo or similar); * Leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging teams at all levels; ***Desirable:*** * Intermediate English proficiency for interaction with global teams. * Experience with UHT and packaging technologies.
