With an entirely irrigated cultivation area, it has implemented solid advances in natural resource preservation and conscious consumption, adopting a sustainable model through priority programs for social, environmental and economic performance, seeking a **responsible professional to act preventively in controlling accident risks, with the objective of promoting a safe environment free from accidents, avoiding human and material losses.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and conduct emergency simulation exercises aimed at preparing the team for real-life risk situations. * Inspect and ensure the effectiveness of fire alarm, detection and suppression systems across all plant areas. * Monitor and control the periodic maintenance of fire-fighting equipment. * Promote the training and updating of the Fire Brigade through regular training and refresher courses. * Conduct routine inspections of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, hoses and other fire suppression system devices. * Prepare technical reports on Fire Suppression Systems (FSS) tests, including hydrants, fire extinguishers and foam systems (LGE). * Assess and authorize special activities in the industrial environment, such as work at height, confined space entry and hot work. * Deliver mandatory training, including Work at Height, Confined Space and Onboarding of new employees. **Requirements and qualifications** * Valid Civil Fire Fighter certification from an accredited Fire Training School; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); * Preferred: Training in NR-33 (Confined Spaces), NR-35 (Work at Height) and NR-20 (Flammable and Combustible Materials); * Driver’s license category AB; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Preferred: 1–2 years of relevant experience. **Additional information** * Competitive salary; * Food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Transportation; * Medical assistance; * Subsidized dental plan; * Pharmacy assistance; * Gas voucher; * Fuel station discount; * Onhappy (discounts on air tickets and hotels); * Open English (discounts on English and Spanish courses). **With great pride, we are the largest employer in the São Francisco Valley and one of the largest in the state.
