Your experience will be essential in ensuring the success of our operations. As an experienced Team Leader, you are able to set priorities effectively, even in a fast\-paced environment. You are familiar with flexible planning and working with changing teams, as we regularly welcome additional colleagues through our on\-call system. Your Role As Team Leader, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of your department. You play a key role in increasing productivity and efficiency while coaching and developing your team.
