The **Human Development Assistant** will perform operational routines aimed at meeting the needs of the Human Development area. This person will support the Human Development team’s activities related to recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, personnel administration routines, benefits, administrative support for the department, and other tasks within the scope of this area.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Conduct internal and external selection processes;
Implement Workplace Wellness initiatives;
Review onboarding and offboarding documentation;
Receive requests for childcare/babysitter allowance reimbursement;
Assist with logistics for selection processes, training sessions, and management meetings;
Monitor monthly periodic medical examinations for employees in your regional office;
Answer employee questions regarding recruitment, benefits, training, performance evaluations, etc.;
And other tasks related to this area.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
Legal age (18 years or older);
Education: High school diploma or undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
Experience in recruitment and selection, personnel administration routines, and benefits management;
Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Familiarity with eSocial is desirable.
**Additional Information** **Salary:**
Base salary of BRL 1,717.73;
Functional bonus of BRL 807.91.

**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week;
**Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
