Job Summary: Inventory Assistant position for Juazeiro/BA, responsible for assisting in inventory management, organization, counting, and receiving of products, as well as sourcing parts from local suppliers. Sourcing parts and tires from local suppliers **We are seeking an Inventory Assistant for Juazeiro/BA:** **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** · Assisting in inventory management (organization, counting); · Assisting in local product quotation and procurement; · Assisting in product receiving (may handle, may not receive, may not inspect, may unload, store); · Assisting in product coding; · Assisting in product dispatch; · Assisting in control of supplies; · Collaborating with purchasing and sales teams to ensure adequate stock replenishment; · Sourcing parts and tires from local suppliers, among other duties. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; technical course in Logistics is a plus; * Driver's license category A/B; * Experience in auto centers or large-scale inventory operations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
