Organization and attention to minimize errors **Position:** CASHIER Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for opening and closing the cash register, processing and receiving payments, and issuing invoices. In addition to administrative tasks, the cashier interacts directly with customers, as they finalize and complete purchases. We are looking for a cashier to serve customers across our retail networks. You will be the designated person to perform operational tasks at the cash register. To excel in this role, we seek a flexible, communicative, and organized individual. Ultimately, your work will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer service at the cash register, scanning purchases and collecting payment; Open and close the cash register during shift changes; Assist customers with specific difficulties, such as locating products; Support team members in returning cancellations to the appropriate department; When necessary, contact the supervisor to request change; Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays. Skills: Be flexible enough to accommodate diverse customer profiles; Be attentive to minimize potential errors, as the role involves frequent interaction with numerical data; Demonstrate a collaborative spirit to assist the team in more complex situations; Be communicative and receptive to dialogue with customers to understand their needs.
