WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Provide customer service and clarification to company clients within the cemetery/crematorium portfolio regarding contracts, payment/installment plans for outstanding or overdue amounts. * Guide cemetery/crematorium portfolio clients on issuing duplicate payment slips/invoices and on payment conditions for outstanding/overdue amounts, according to departmental procedures. * Contact delinquent clients from the cemetery/crematorium portfolio following the established collections schedule to negotiate outstanding amounts. * Negotiate, schedule payments, process receipts, verify overdue installment amounts according to company policies, and record negotiation history in the company’s internal system. * Schedule with motorcycle couriers the date/time for collecting negotiated amounts from cemetery/crematorium portfolio clients. * Maintain updated customer records in the internal system (CRM), periodically registering contact information or updating registration data whenever changes are identified or required. * Participate in area-specific projects, regularly reporting activities under your responsibility to your immediate supervisor or the project lead within the area. * Attend training sessions promoted and/or recommended by the company to enhance competencies or support employee development. * Support on-the-job training of new employees, guiding them on tool usage, area processes and procedures, or company policies. * Ensure the quality, reliability, and confidentiality of services and information generated through activities under your responsibility, safeguarding the company’s institutional image and stakeholder satisfaction.
