YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide customer service and clarification to company clients belonging to the cemeteries/crematoria portfolio regarding contractual matters, payment/installment arrangements for outstanding or overdue amounts. * Guide clients from the cemeteries/crematoria portfolio on issuing duplicate bills/invoices and payment terms for outstanding/overdue amounts, according to departmental procedures. * Contact delinquent clients from the cemeteries/crematoria portfolio in accordance with the established collection schedule to negotiate pending amounts. * Negotiate and schedule payments, process collections, verify amounts of overdue installments per company policies, and record negotiation history in the company’s internal system. * Schedule with motorcycle couriers the date/time for collecting negotiated amounts from clients in the cemeteries/crematoria portfolio. * Maintain updated customer records in the internal system (CRM), periodically registering contact information or updating data whenever changes or updates are identified. * Participate in area-specific projects, providing periodic reports on activities under your responsibility to your immediate supervisor or the project lead in the area. * Attend training sessions promoted and/or recommended by the company to enhance competencies or support employee development. * Support on-the-job training for new employees, guiding them on tool usage, area processes and procedures, or company policies. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of services and information generated through activities under your responsibility, safeguarding the company’s institutional image and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
