The Unit Coordinator will work within the Microfinance team, leading Credit Agents and Coordination Assistants assigned to their operational area, with the objective of efficiently achieving program goals and results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systematically analyze and monitor performance indicators of their credit portfolio; * Conduct monthly planning with their team; * Monitor Credit Agents and Assistants in carrying out their activities; * Conduct client follow-up visits; * Manage unit inventory; * And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree; Willingness to travel between municipalities. Required Knowledge: Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience in team management. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.712,11; Market-size allowance of up to R$ 3\.894,77; Variable Remuneration\* up to R$ 2\.387,40; (\*based on credit portfolio performance).
