Register, modify, and cancel reservations in the hotel management system. Provide information on rates, availability, hotel policies, and services. Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and up\-to\-date. Maintain friendly, efficient service aligned with the hotel’s quality standards. Participate in Saturday on\-call shifts to ensure uninterrupted service. **YOUR PROFILE:** A communicative, responsible professional with a strong customer service orientation. Must demonstrate problem\-solving ability, emotional balance, and ease working in teams within a dynamic environment. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is considered a plus. Familiarity with reservation/hotel systems and Excel (preferred). Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese; knowledge of other languages (English/Spanish) is valued. Proactivity, friendliness, and customer orientation.
