Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure integration among Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, Human Resources, Quality, and other strategic areas. * Define guidelines, protocols, and occupational medical care workflows. * Develop, implement, coordinate, and review the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Integrate the PCMSO with the Risk Assessment Program (PGR) and other corporate prevention programs. * Prepare the Annual PCMSO Report, including epidemiological analysis and health indicators. * Determine, supervise, and interpret admission, periodic, job-change, return-to-work, and dismissal medical examinations. * Ensure issuance and control of the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO). * Maintain medical records as required by law (minimum retention period of 20 years). * Control prescription, use, and storage of medications, including those under special control. * Support the technical development of the healthcare team. * Develop health promotion and disease prevention campaigns (mental health, ergonomics, chronic diseases, vaccination). * Participate in Internal Accident Prevention Committees (CIPAT), training sessions, and corporate health and wellness programs. * Deliver lectures and guidance on occupational risks and prevention. * Collect, analyze, and report occupational health and absenteeism indicators. * Investigate work-related health impairments and issue Work Accident Reports (CAT) when an occupational link is established. * Provide technical support for prolonged absences, work restrictions, and rehabilitation cases. * Advise management on strategic decisions related to employee health and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Medical degree accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). * Recognized specialization in Occupational Medicine. * Active Specialist Qualification Registry (RQE). * Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM). * Proven experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Workload: 160 hours/month * Transportation allowance * Hazardous working conditions allowance * Life insurance * Health and dental insurance (optional) * Meals provided in the cafeteria * Willingness to travel.
