Responsibilities and Duties \- Supervise the team in infrastructure activities, including installation and building maintenance. \- Develop work procedures for corrective and preventive maintenance. \- Monitor material receipt and inspection for maintenance, as well as installation quality. \- Supervise building maintenance services, including renovation and small masonry construction works based on defined projects, sketches, or drawings. \- Request necessary resources, monitor work execution, evaluate results, and approve for use. \- Maintain records of performed activities for area performance evaluation. \- Manage and monitor outsourced services, supervise the entire building infrastructure, prevent accidents, and maintain the building in optimal operational condition. Requirements and Qualifications Technical knowledge of civil maintenance, such as schedule development. Desirable Requirements A technical course in the relevant field is a plus. Knowledge of infrastructure, personnel coordination, and controls.
