The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the department's operational routines, working under direct supervision on activities such as document organization, initial employee assistance, and administrative support for HR processes. The intern contributes to the organization and smooth execution of activities while simultaneously developing practical knowledge in people management. **Job Requirements** **Education** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources or Business Administration. Experience: No prior experience required. Desirable: Academic experience or participation in projects related to the HR field. Technical Knowledge. **Technical Knowledge** **Basic knowledge of:** * Basic Office suite (primarily Excel and Word). **Familiarity with:** * Personnel administration (onboarding documents, timekeeping, medical certificates). * Basic labor legislation (introductory concepts of the Consolidated Labor Laws - CLT). * Internal HR processes (benefits, internal communication, policies). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Discretion and confidentiality of information. * Willingness to learn and pursue continuous development. * Proactivity (seeking to learn and assist in daily routines). * Responsibility regarding deadlines and tasks. * Interpersonal skills and teamwork. * Ability to follow instructions and established processes. **Performance Indicators** **Recruitment and Selection Support** * Timely completion of resume screenings and interview scheduling; * Quality of support provided during selection processes. **Document and Control Organization:** * Well-organized and up-to-date files; * Low error rate or missing documents. **Administrative Routine Support:** * Deliverables completed on time and according to instructions; * Accuracy of recorded information. **Initial Employee Assistance:** * Courteous, clear, and appropriate handling of requests. * **Learning and Development:** * Progress in mastering HR routines; * Engagement and active participation in assigned activities. * Assist in posting job openings on internal and external channels. * Conduct initial resume screening per guidance. * Support interview scheduling and candidate outreach. * Assist in organizing stages of the selection process. * Help collect and organize onboarding documents. * Support data entry into systems and spreadsheets. * Organize physical and digital employee files. * Assist with timekeeping control (basic entries and preliminary verifications). * Provide initial employee assistance, directing inquiries appropriately. * Support training coordination (attendance lists, invitations, logistics). * Assist in internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives. * Update control spreadsheets (hires, terminations, personnel roster). * Help prepare documents for internal audits. * Adhere to information confidentiality procedures.
