All applications must be made exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise Planning and Maintenance Control activities for mobile and fixed equipment, ensuring availability, environmental compliance, and cost efficiency * Supervise the PCM team responsible for planning, scheduling, inspection, and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment * Ensure service orders are properly recorded and controlled in SIEM * Enforce equipment portfolio management * Plan material resources, labor, and downtime for scheduled interventions, minimizing production impacts * Develop medium- and long-term planning and projections * Monitor maintenance KPIs (availability, reliability, MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, schedule adherence, and others) * Control maintenance costs * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards * Ensure maintenance plans and procedures align with maintenance strategies and operational safety guidelines * Support continuous improvement projects in maintenance processes * Support the preparation of the 52-Week Map * Participate in developing the master maintenance plan and scheduled shutdowns, in alignment with execution teams, Engineering, and Operations. * Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous training. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. * Solid experience in maintenance. * Experience in PCM within mining environments. * Proficiency in asset management, failure analysis, maintenance plans, indicators, and continuous improvement tools. * Advanced knowledge of maintenance ERP systems, SAP, Excel, Power BI (desirable), and PCM tools. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced contracts. **Additional information** * Competitive salary; * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); * Private pension plan; * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Gym assistance (Gympass); * Pharmacy benefit; * Educational assistance for children; * English education incentive; #### **We are Ero, one of Brazil's leading producers of copper and gold.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
