We seek a **Specialized Industrial Electroelectronic Technician**, responsible for executing medium- and high-complexity technical activities in electroelectronic systems, industrial automation, and instrumentation, ensuring the availability and reliability of production assets. The role involves autonomous technical fieldwork and serves as an operational reference for diagnostics, critical interventions, and support to maintenance, planning, and engineering teams. (low- and medium-voltage motors, inverters, soft starters, MCCs, panels, PLCs, and instrumentation systems)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant electrical and electronic equipment (low- and medium-voltage motors, inverters, soft starters, MCCs, panels, PLCs, and instrumentation systems).
* Diagnose failures in electrical circuits, automation systems, and industrial networks using measurement instruments and technical analysis.
* Participate in scheduled and critical corrective shutdowns, exercising decision-making capability in the field.
* Perform parameterization, adjustments, and commissioning of inverters, protective relays, sensors, and automated systems.
* Interpret electrical, logic, and functional diagrams to support root cause failure identification.
* Comply with and apply electrical and operational safety standards (NR10, SEP, LOTO, internal procedures).
* Record interventions in maintenance management systems and contribute to technical history and continuous improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical education in Electroelectronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or related fields;
**Desirable experience in:**
* Industrial maintenance, preferably in mining, metallurgy, or mineral processing plants.
* Low- and medium-voltage electric motors;
* Frequency inverters and soft starters;
* PLCs and automation systems;
* Process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature);
* Reading and interpreting electrical and logic diagrams;
* Field experience in failure diagnosis and analysis.
