All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Develop and review short-term underground mining plans; * Define and control sequencing for mining, development, and backfilling, ensuring availability of working faces; * Integrate information from drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling to ensure operational fluidity; * Ensure alignment between plan vs. actual execution, directly addressing deviations; * Lead daily mine scheduling in coordination with operations and supervision; * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (production, development, dilution, recovery, DMT, equipment productivity); * Prioritize stopes and development activities according to production strategy and grade; * Maintain direct interface with geology, operations, geotechnics, surveying, ventilation, and maintenance; * Support operational decision-making based on data analysis and scenario modeling; * Actively participate in management routines (daily, weekly, and monthly meetings); * Propose continuous improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in underground mining; * Experience with industry software (Deswik); * Preferred: Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Meal Allowance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Corporate Citizen Policy) * Eyewear Purchase Assistance for Family Members * Triennial Bonus * Additional Vacation Bonus (2/3 of vacation pay). #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
