Responsibilities * + Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery + Issue, track, and manage work orders, ensuring maintenance history records are up to date. + Monitor and manage spare parts and material inventory, identifying replenishment needs. + Conduct demand analysis, initiate purchase requests, and monitor suppliers and contracts. + Manage fleet maintenance, tracking scheduled services, mileage, and mandatory documentation. + Participate in internal meetings to align maintenance requirements and scheduling. + Perform failure analysis and support continuous improvement actions in maintenance processes.
