Job Mission Lead packaging operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance. Guide team development, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure execution of processes aligned with TPM guidelines, food safety, and industrial excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the packaging team, fostering a high-performance environment. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety requirements. * Guarantee execution of production processes with emphasis on efficiency and productivity. * Manage operational KPIs, conducting analyses and developing action plans. * Promote application of TPM methodologies and continuous improvement practices. * Monitor daily operational routines and provide support to the team during critical situations. * Drive initiatives to reduce losses and enhance operational performance. * Ensure adherence to sanitation policies and quality requirements. * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other factory departments to deliver results. Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. Requirements Technical: * Industrial experience, preferably in packaging operations. * Knowledge of TPM and continuous improvement tools. * Experience in process safety, quality, and food safety. * Familiarity with FSSC 22000, HACCP, and sanitation policies. * Understanding of autonomous maintenance and industrial routines. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience managing KPIs and data analysis. * Basic to intermediate English.
