During the talent pool validity period, candidates may be called for positions in other units within the same region, with possible changes in benefits, schedules, or working hours as needed. **What do we expect from you?** **Desired Profile:** * **Mandatory Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Networks, or Computer Science **OR;** Technical degree in IT \+ any undergraduate degree qualifying for teaching (licensure or pedagogy) **OR;** Technical degree in IT \+ any undergraduate degree \+ Postgraduate degree (stricto sensu or lato sensu) qualifying for teaching. * **Main Responsibilities:** Develop the teaching process, enabling the achievement of educational objectives and professional competencies outlined in the didactic planning. Plan, prepare, and deliver classes in training, improvement, and specialization courses. Diagnose learning needs, interests, and possibilities by analyzing the socio-educational context, creating and applying assessment tools, and providing evaluations. Research up-to-date bibliographies, techniques, technologies, supplies, and raw materials relevant to your field and related to the teaching situation. Create learning activities, instructional guides, and teaching plans in accordance with internal SENAI procedures. Design and plan instructional resources and sequences necessary for teaching activities. Develop and apply diversified learning assessment instruments. Monitor and evaluate students’ learning levels throughout the educational process. Plan and carry out Technical and Technological Services – STT – and consulting activities according to identified needs and institutional procedures. Plan and develop courses and/or lectures in your area of expertise.
