Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring processes, controlling operational results, promoting integration and cooperation, and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in cost reduction MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor process stages with the objective of ensuring continuous improvement. * Control and report on managed operational results, including action plans to meet performance metrics; * Promote integration and cooperation among operational teams; * Participate in client meetings to ensure full compliance with contractual scope; * Share domain-specific knowledge within the department; * Foster a safe working environment and minimize/eliminate operational hazards; * Collaborate with Management to develop cost-reduction strategies and guidelines for the company. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in team and administrative routine management; * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; * Willingness to travel; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$4\.053,42 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
