**Store Manager – Toy Retail** We are looking for a **Store Manager** to work in toy retail, with a hands-on profile, growth mindset, and willingness to grow alongside the company. The store location has yet to be defined, so flexibility is essential. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage the store’s daily operations * Lead, train, and develop the sales team * Plan and execute window displays and **visual merchandising** initiatives * Ensure service standards and commercial performance * Work directly on the sales floor * Monitor goals, KPIs, and results * Support promotional campaigns and activities **Requirements:** * Experience as a store manager or team leader * Background in toy retail or children’s retail * Practical knowledge of toy sales * Experience in team training and management * Basic understanding of visual merchandising and window displays * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * **Availability to work on Sundays and holidays, as needed** **Working hours:** * **7h20 per day** * Location to be defined **Desired profile:** * Leadership by example * Owner’s mindset * Proactivity and autonomy * Interest in professional growth Interested candidates must apply via the **Indeed** platform.
