




* Carry out product separation and monitor fermentation and baking times by overseeing all related processes. * Know the products and apply appropriate techniques to maintain their quality and standards. * Support the bakery assistant in their duties, providing guidance whenever necessary. * Ensure that products required for the next day’s production are properly organized to avoid delays in making them available for sale. * Analyze production quantities by monitoring sales and losses together with the department manager. * Oversee the organization of the frozen storage chamber and participate in order analysis for frozen items to improve loss control and prevent stockouts. * Participate in restocking items in the bakery’s external area and assist customers as needed.
