Services Manager

Description

We are seeking a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset to serve as the Services Manager, responsible for coordinating base operations and ensuring the smooth execution of operational and administrative activities at the unit. The candidate must demonstrate team management capability, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to established deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Manage base operations, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations; * Monitor the operational flow of goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch; * Lead operational teams, promoting alignment, discipline, and a results-driven focus; * Ensure timely delivery and assembly of operations; * Maintain the physical infrastructure, equipment, and overall organization of the base; * Control fleet and operational equipment usage; * Guarantee compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal company procedures; * Conduct inventory tracking and audits. Requirements * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Prior experience in leadership roles within operational teams (logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or similar); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational control systems; * Willingness to travel and/or relocate; * Valid driver's license categories A and B; * Availability to work in an operational environment and handle a dynamic routine; Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in high-volume operational environments with critical deadlines; Knowledge of occupational safety regulations applicable to operations (desirable); Experience in process improvement and organizing operational routines.
