




Job Summary: Responsible for operating cranes for transportation, loading, unloading, stacking, and storage, ensuring efficiency and safety in operations and equipment usage. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional responsible for operating cranes to transport general products, perform loading and unloading services, stacking, and storage—ensuring operational efficiency of the machinery and services provided. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate and drive cranes, including highway cranes with telescopic booms and/or crawler cranes; Perform load lifting operations using internal cabin controls (levers or joystick) in an orderly and safe manner, following manual signals or radio instructions from a crane assistant or rigger; Assemble cranes and/or their accessories; Analyze and interpret rigging plans; Assess machine and equipment operating conditions through daily inspections and complete the daily checklist and other required documents related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others as stipulated by client standards/regulations; Evaluate and isolate the work area for crane operation; Organize the workplace (crane); Perform tasks as defined in operational controls (when applicable); Understand and comply with significant environmental aspects and impacts related to their area; Alert supervisors or responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System standards and the crane manufacturer’s operation manual. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; National Driver’s License, Category D; Experience operating cranes; Availability for travel and nationwide assignments; 120-hour Crane Operator Training Course; 50-hour Indivisible Loads Training Course; **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Travel Allowance Mobility Assistance Nationwide Operations #### **BSM is an engineering company with over five decades of experience and a strong presence across multiple regions of Brazil.
