




The Tax Analyst is responsible for analyzing and verifying tax documents, calculating taxes, preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations, and staying up to date with tax legislation. This role requires an organized, collaborative, and results-oriented approach, with attention to detail and a commitment to the quality of deliverables. A dynamic, proactive, and results-driven profile is expected, with a sense of urgency to prioritize tasks and resolve pending issues promptly and responsibly. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and verify tax documents, ensuring correct tax calculation in accordance with current legislation. * Calculate direct and indirect taxes, such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL. * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations, including SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, DIRF, and others. * Perform tax-related accounting reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of tax information. * Receive, organize, and analyze tax documentation submitted by clients. * Stay updated on changes to tax legislation, correctly interpreting and applying such changes. * Participate in internal and external audit processes, providing requested documents and information. * Support the preparation of management reports and assist in responding to tax inspections and regulatory agency requests. * Collaborate with accounting and finance teams, providing support and guidance on tax matters. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and correction of errors. * Interact with other departments within the company to clarify doubts and promote integration among areas related to taxation.
