**OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR I** **Location: Belo Horizonte\- MG** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the smooth daily operation of the unit, guaranteeing organization, proper service flow, and quality in services provided. * Provide customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person, whenever necessary. * Contact customers to resolve issues and align pending matters. * Register contracts and forward them to the responsible department, as required for verification or surplus handling. * Monitor daily the file of open contracts (individuals and legal entities), ensuring regularity and compliance. * Monitor fleet availability, flagging needs or bottlenecks to Supervisor III. * Perform daily cash bag reconciliation and ensure proper dispatch of documents. * Support unit billing activities according to established routines. * Conduct the unit’s cash closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. * Directly manage the unit’s team on a day\-to\-day basis, including activity planning, performance monitoring, and operational support. * Receive newly hired employees, orient them regarding unit routines, and monitor their adaptation during the initial period. * Manage team timekeeping, including verification and approval of adjustments. * Reconcile team commissions according to established rules and indicators. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Schedule:** To be agreed upon **Salary:** 3\.000 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance/fuel allowance, * Meal/food allowance (R$ 595.00/month), * Health insurance, * Dental plan, * Life insurance, * Benefits club.
