* Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and corporate applications; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals; * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), including structured cabling, routers, and switches; * Perform backup routines, data restoration, and access control, ensuring information security; * Log, track, and close technical support tickets through a help desk system; * Support the administration of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and corporate software; * Identify recurring failures and propose improvements to IT processes and resources; * Assist in implementing information security policies and best practices for using technological resources; * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and assets; * Support technology upgrade projects and the deployment of new systems.
