As an **External Consultant**, your primary objective will be to conduct in-person visits to strategic clients, maintaining closeness and building solid, trustworthy relationships. * Adopt a consultative approach and maintain a professional demeanor aligned with a demanding audience that values differentiated service and customized solutions. * Identify specific opportunities and needs for each client, presenting proposals that add value and reinforce commercial ties. * Apply consultative outreach techniques, conveying credibility from the first contact through to deal closure. * Gather strategic market and client information to guide commercial actions. * Keep the CRM updated with visit records, contact details, and negotiation statuses. * Meet targets and KPIs, always focusing on excellence in service and customer experience. * Represent the company at events, trade fairs, and relationship-building initiatives, reinforcing brand presence in the market. **Requirements:** **To take on this challenge, you must have:** * Experience in external sales (PAP). * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education. * Ability to work with targets and results. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Capacity to engage with diverse client profiles, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and business acumen. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Gym assistance (Smart Fit), Daycare assistance, Education assistance, Pharmacy assistance, Commission, Health insurance (Cooperative \+ Co-payment), Life insurance
