We thrive on challenges and seek people to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Movement of manufacturing orders (MO) via the SISPLAN system; Printing of shipping documents and issuance of outgoing invoices; Sending of shipping documents, invoices, technical specifications, and sample pieces for first-time third-party orders to the distribution center (DC); Monitoring, together with the receiving department, whether subcontracted production returns occur as scheduled; Verifying third-party invoices by reconciling entries using reports received from subcontractors; Reconciling discrepancies between quantities sent by subcontractors and those verified upon receipt from subcontractors; Closing subcontracting operations for sewing, printing, embroidery, and other third parties; Verifying documentation required for subcontractor closure: validating invoices, shipping documents, system information, and attaching collection invoices along with AP (payment authorization); Managing production orders for subcontractors (printing, embroidery, etc.); Processing MO movements via SISPLAN; Updating internal control spreadsheets (approximately twice per week); Executing inter-unit transfers by sending emails to Procurement with freight quotation details (market rate and quantity). Performing other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully complying with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** Completed high school education; Experience in the role; Proficiency in Excel; Background in the textile industry; **Preferred qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Strong communication skills; Familiarity with the SISPLAN system. **Additional information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, education assistance, life insurance, health plan, and childcare assistance.
