Performance analysis and carrier management We are seeking a **Junior Logistics Analyst** to work in the outbound operation, ensuring efficiency, organization, and performance in deliveries and the logistics flow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule daily deliveries, ensuring route and deadline optimization * Assess demand priorities and criticality according to leadership and customer guidance * Monitor and address operational deviations, ensuring proper action and resolution * Monitor and update operational statuses in internal systems * Analyze and hold carriers accountable for service level performance * Track performance indicators and flag risks of missing targets * Collaborate directly with carriers and the operations team to ensure activity alignment * Perform rescheduling as needed based on impacts identified during monitoring * Manage fleet availability and support logistics operations management **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics (or 6 months as a Senior Assistant) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI, ERP, and logistics management tools * Experience in logistics operations planning and monitoring * Yellow Belt certification **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and discipline * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Resilience and results orientation * Analytical mindset focused on performance Compensation: starting at R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
