




Job Summary: Manage and sustain commercial area activities by overseeing resources and providing financial consulting to achieve targets with profitability and customer satisfaction. Financial consulting in the development and implementation of commercial plans **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break \- 40 hours per week. **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and sustaining commercial area activities at the assigned agency, managing material, financial, and human resources, as well as providing financial consulting for developing and implementing commercial/sales plans and actions and for customer service, in compliance with institutional policies and guidelines and business expansion objectives, aiming to fulfill the target plan with profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management is desirable. * CPA 10 certification. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to negotiate financial products and services. * Knowledge of sales techniques and financial mathematics. * Familiarity with regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA, and credit cooperative legislation. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Meal allowance
