Generalist knowledge in Personnel Department **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Calculation of termination settlements; * Review of payroll data and documents, allowances, tax deductions, benefits, and discounts; * Management of labor charges and ancillary obligations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience with the entire termination and payroll routine; * Experience with the Sênior System (RUBI) is a plus; * Generalist knowledge of other functions within the Personnel Department; * Experience managing a large number of employees.
