Join Agrichem!!! **Responsibilities and duties** * Represent Agrichem in the region of Petrolina, Juazeiro, and Petrolândia; * Gain access to market influencers and farms; * Pursue and manage sales within the territory; * Manage distributors and end customers, aiming to understand their needs and provide solutions; * Develop an action plan for the operating district and manage its performance indicators; * Be responsible for the entire sales process, including negotiation, order placement, delivery planning, and payment follow-up of implemented orders; * Manage distributor inventory; * Promote and implement our PAMnutri nutritional monitoring tool among partners and customers, creating a competitive advantage in the sale of nutritional products; * Provide technical and commercial training for our partners and present regional results to partners and end customers; * Lead demand-generation activities focused on strategic products for the company; * Conduct training sessions for the distribution network, farmers, and influencers in the region, aligned with the company's market development department; * Organize technical events and lectures for customers and partners; * Be responsible for planning and executing an expansion plan together with the market access team and commercial management, aiming to increase reach and penetration in the territory. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Proven experience in the commercial market, over 8 years; * Experience in forecasting; * Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners; * Openness to feedback processes throughout the journey; * Knowledge of the Petrolina market and surrounding region; * Experience in plant nutrition will be an advantage; * Knowledge of irrigated fruit farming; * Strong public speaking and communication skills. **Additional information** * Valid driver's license (category B); * Availability for travel; * Willingness to reside in Juazeiro or Petrolina.
