Job Summary: Professional to manage environmental processes and permits, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory conditions, preparing reports and technical plans, and managing waste and environmental education. AGROVALE seeks a professional responsible for managing environmental processes and permits, ensuring compliance with legislation and environmental conditions. In addition, the role includes preparing reports and technical plans, controlling indicators and budgets, conducting field inspections, managing waste, supporting environmental education initiatives, and interfacing with environmental agencies and partners. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct employee training under the Solid Waste Management Program; * Obtain authorization for tree management from the competent authority; * Prepare the Health Services Waste Management Plan document according to legal requirements and make it available at facilities for consultation and inspections; * Approve suppliers for waste collection and treatment, technical reports, consumables, and tree management—coordinated with the Procurement Department—in accordance with current regulations; * Compile data, documents, and evidence for studies, environmental licensing, and sustainability-related certifications; * Monitor agricultural and industrial activities that may impact the environment and ensure compliance with the company’s environmental and/or sustainability procedures; * Ensure operations are conducted legally and safely. * Manage solid waste, guiding departments on proper containment, disposal, and reduction of generation; * Serve as the company’s liaison with environmental agencies, communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders. * Develop environmental education campaigns and internal training sessions. * Assist in preparing and reviewing environmental plans, programs, and reports (e.g., PGR, PRAD, PCA, RAS, etc.). * Monitor environmental indicators and prepare periodic reports; * Assess environmental risks and propose preventive measures; Develop and deliver environmental training sessions. * Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Prior experience in the field is desirable.
