We are an expanding education company seeking someone to serve as the operational financial reference—connecting daily operations, KPIs, and leadership decisions. * Support the development and review of the annual budget (actual vs. budgeted vs. forecast). * Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, margin, payback, and cash generation. * Forecast and manage cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term). * Control accounts receivable, delinquency rates, and bank reconciliations. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable jointly with the team. * Prepare financial reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, etc.) for leadership. * Identify variances versus forecast and propose corrective action plans. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience in core financial operations: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash control. * Hands-on experience with Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet—including critical reading and interpretation. * Prior experience in annual budgeting and tracking actual vs. budgeted vs. forecast performance. * Practical knowledge of KPIs such as CAC, LTV, margins, payback, and cash generation. * Strong analytical ability, inquisitive mindset, and data-driven orientation. * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience using financial ERP systems (e.g., Omie, Conta Azul, Totvs, or similar). * Availability for on-site work and CLT / PJ employment. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in education companies, training programs, or recurring-service businesses. * Proven track record of close collaboration with the executive board/CEO in supporting strategic decisions. * Experience in building or optimizing finance departments or improving financial processes.
