




Job Description: * Completed secondary education * Preferred: technical qualification in administration, logistics, or related fields * Organize sugar storage after receipt; * Coordinate truck entry and sugar loading; * Assist in assigning loaders to storage and cleaning tasks; * Support the Coordinator in administrative and operational tasks; * Verify the sugar delivery order issued by billing, checking the truck license plate, product quantity, and product to be loaded; * Verify that the product delivered to the customer meets quality standards and is undamaged; * Confirm that the quantity loaded onto the truck matches the delivery order; * Complete the loading checklist, entering the truck license plate, delivery order number, driver’s name, quantity, and batch number (production or inventory) for movement control and product traceability by the Coordinator; * Monitor the recovery process of bags, bales, and bulk bags into bulk bags; * Perform initial verification of trucks with weighing discrepancies at the scale; * Monitor batch assembly by loaders; * Verify production receipt by checking physical stock (pallets) against the daily production report; * Update the departmental performance indicator spreadsheet; * Conduct weekly inventory counts, reconciling physical stock with system records; * Verify customer returns, checking product quantity against the corresponding invoice; * Record quantities of loaded trucks in the loading monitoring spreadsheet for batch control, indicating which batch the shipment originated from; * Participate in and comply with all programs related to the quality management system and continuous improvement (certifications, GMP, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.), aiming to achieve company-defined goals and targets; 2512140202201005419
