Description

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and mounting tires on various vehicles and agricultural machinery, including vulcanization, inflation, and ballasting, as well as operating a munk implement and driving work vehicles. Focus on safety, standards, and quality of services provided Description: * Completed secondary education; * Driver's license class D or E; * Defensive and economical driving course and munk implement operation course; * Preferred experience of 1 to 2 years. Dismount and mount tires on light, heavy, and agricultural machinery; Remove the inner tube from the tire, inflate it using the compressor to locate punctures, perform inner tube vulcanization by cleaning the puncture area, applying rubber cement and vulcanizing patch, then placing it into the vulcanizing machine; Inflate the inner tube with the compressor to test the vulcanization at the puncture site, then reinstall the inner tube into the tire, mount it onto the rim, inflate it using the compressor, and reinstall it onto the vehicle; Inflate tires using the compressor and pressure gauge; Fill tractor inner tubes with water for water ballasting where required. Complete service reporting forms in the tire control system and vehicle usage log as a work tool. At the start of each work shift, inspect the braking system, oil and coolant levels, tire pressure, battery, fuel, and interior cleanliness and hygiene of the work vehicle. Drive the work vehicle to reach equipment requiring tire service. Operate the munk implement installed on the truck to facilitate tire handling. Comply with safety regulations by using required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain environmental protection, workplace organization, and station upkeep; Adhere to work schedules, following established routes and timetables; Ensure service quality according to quality control standards; Maintain tools and vehicles used in the job; Perform other related duties within the scope of this role. 2512100202181384071
