Application of UX/UI principles and Data Storytelling **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Visualization Specialist with UX focus to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in data analysis, information visualization, and user-centered design, with a proven track record in BI projects, digital products, and visual narratives oriented toward decision-making. **Responsibilities:** \Analyze complex data and translate them into clear, intuitive, and actionable visualizations; \Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using BI tools; \Create visual narratives (Data Storytelling) aligned with business objectives; \Own the process from problem understanding through final solution delivery; \Apply UX/UI principles, usability, accessibility, and information design; \Collaborate closely with product, technology, and stakeholder teams; \Ensure visual consistency, data quality, and adherence to visualization best practices; \Stay current with trends in DataViz, UX, and Analytics, proposing continuous improvements. **Additional Responsibilities:** \Collaborate with analysts, designers, and data engineers to build analytical solutions; \Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for dashboards and digital products; \Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and strategic indicators; \Support ETL processes and data validation alongside technical teams; \Build presentations and analytical materials for technical and executive audiences; \Participate in agile ceremonies and alignment sessions with project-involved teams. **Other Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** \Solid experience in Data Visualization, BI, and Data Analysis; \Proficiency in tools such as Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, and/or Qlik Sense; \Knowledge of SQL and ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) processes; \Experience applying UX/UI to data, Design Thinking, and Service Design; \Skill in Data Storytelling and building executive presentations; \Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence; \Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); \Preferred: experience in consulting, innovation projects, or digital products; \Preferred: knowledge of Python, D3.js, or other visualization libraries; \Degree in Design, Communications, Technology, Information Systems, Data, or related fields **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan – Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
