Field Supervisor

Description

* Assign field tasks. * Lead teams to machines and guide their activities. * Evaluate survey points before starting operations. * Prepare reports with daily activity closures (RDO, report, etc.). * Transport employees to the mine. * Assist the survey team in daily activities. * Pick up employees at the end of the day. * Follow instructions from the Immediate Supervisor. * Attend meetings whenever summoned. * Perform related duties. * Monitor, report on, and guide the team regarding daily and monthly productivity and safety indicators and targets. * Control and manage consumables, tools, and equipment inherent to field activities. * Behavioral management of the team (attendance, productivity, good interpersonal relations, visual presentation – uniform and PPE). * Ensure daily inspections of machines, equipment, and vehicles, and request preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. Weekly tasks * Weekly request for consumables, tools, and equipment inherent to field activities. * Weekly inspection of accommodations to maintain organization and environmental upkeep. Submit reports on conditions whenever necessary. Survey activities are conducted on a mobile basis along highways or rural areas. Therefore, **there is no fixed accommodation** — the team may stay at nearby inns or hotels near the section where work is being carried out, depending on service progress.
