




Job Summary: Professional responsible for electromechanical erection and maintenance on transmission lines and substations, performing electrical installations and tests. Key Highlights: 1. Use of PPE/collective protective equipment and tools to ensure team safety **Position: Tower Erector I** – Transmission Line **Type:** Permanent position – CPFL Serviços **Desired Profile:** Completed elementary education; Full availability for travel and accommodation required; Initially, availability to work in the state of SP is required. Relevant experience as a Tower Erector is essential, including pre-erection and electromechanical erection of metallic or concrete structures on transmission line and substation projects. **Work Schedule:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Project locations: Cities such as Jaú, Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara, Gália, Garça, among others (all located in the state of SP). Travel and accommodation availability required, if necessary. **Work Schedules:** - 5x2 – Local candidate or from neighboring city of the project site - 21x2 – Candidates from cities farther away from the project site - 90x10 – Candidates from other states **Responsibilities:** Install control and command panels, including relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and other required electromechanical equipment; lay cables between equipment such as switchgear cubicles and metallic structures; perform cable connections and terminations at new or expanded substations. Perform electrical testing, maintenance, or installation of electrical and electromechanical equipment within industrial facilities and substations—both energized and de-energized—up to 500 kV. Support and assist in the installation or replacement of medium- and high-voltage equipment under de-energized conditions. Lay cables in cable trays/switchgear cubicles between equipment using manual tools. Perform connections, disconnections, and terminations on de-energized cables and equipment using appropriate tools for the task. Clean and retighten connections on electrical equipment and panels. Carry out all activities in accordance with the Task Manual (GED); when performing non-standard tasks, conduct a complete Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR). Operate company vehicles and ensure correct use of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under one’s responsibility, in compliance with GEDs (Task Manuals). Correctly use PPE/collective protective equipment and individual and collective tools, ensuring their integrity and the safety of the employee and team.
