**Key responsibilities:**
1\. Conduct 30\_60\_90 media planning meetings;
2\. Support the development and sharing of media plans for the Purchasing and Pricing departments (weekly and monthly);
3\. Consolidate media suggestions (print circulars and digital) submitted by the Purchasing department;
4\. Send the media spreadsheet to the creative team;
5\. Track submission of circular files to printing companies;
6\. Monitor competitors;
7\. Research industry trends;
8\. Produce performance reports;
9\. Submit TV commercial items for voice-over recording;
10\. Send the spreadsheet and voice-over script to the agency for TV commercial creation;
11\. Purchase broadcast slots for TV and radio programs across broadcaster platforms;
12\. Purchase claps (slates) for TV commercial airing;
13\. Number the claps before sending them to TV broadcasters;
14\. Monthly tracking of TV and radio audience ratings (by program and time slot);
15\. Submit audio spots for radio broadcasting;
16\. Submit audio spots for sound truck broadcasting;
**Mandatory requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising and Public Relations or Marketing;
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Retail and/or related functions preferred;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency
