Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support, performing maintenance, configuring systems, and assisting in technological improvement projects, ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure. Assistance in technological innovation projects Responsibilities * Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and network equipment; * Install, configure, and update software and systems; * Monitor network, internet, and technological infrastructure operations; * Perform backups and assist with information security; * Manage IT equipment inventory; * Support internal systems and platforms used by the institution; * Assist in technological improvement and innovation projects. Requirements * Technical or higher education in progress or completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of computer maintenance and user support; * Basic understanding of networks, internet, and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of operating system and software installation and configuration; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with users; Salary: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
