Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement **Job Description:** The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the functional quality and reliability of Nextpower’s software products, guaranteeing that each release meets defined business requirements, user experience expectations, and technical standards. The role involves close collaboration with QA Automation, System Analyst, and Manager to contribute to the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. The QA Analyst plays a critical role in validating business flows, executing manual tests, and analyzing automated test results—acting as the guardian of system experience and functional quality across both legacy products and new SaaS platforms. **Main Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Elicit and validate acceptance criteria with the PO Analyst and developers; * Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT); * Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date test scenarios and test cases; * Collaborate with QA Automation to align manual and automated test coverage; * Ensure defect traceability and complete logging in Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent tools; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective); * Collaborate on defining test strategies for complex releases or module integrations; * Support validation of APIs, system integrations, and cross-system data; * Conduct exploratory and usability testing to identify issues not detected by automated scripts; * Ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software by monitoring QA metrics and KPIs; * Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and quality standards. **Required Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in QA or Software Testing, including at least 2 years in an agile environment; * Solid knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; * Practical experience with defect and test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar); * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary collaboration; * Ability to interpret technical and business requirements and translate them into efficient test scenarios; * Basic understanding of test automation, REST APIs, and SQL databases (sufficient to validate integrations and logs); * Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on quality and customer value delivery. **Preferred Qualifications** ------------- * Experience with SaaS products or complex enterprise systems; * Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, Cypress, Robot Framework); * Experience in performance, load, or security testing; * Knowledge of CI/CD and automated test pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions); * Intermediate English proficiency.
