Follow area evacuation procedures in real and/or simulated situations; 2. Use PPE according to area requirements and tasks performed; 3. Report all near-misses, accidents, incidents, or identified risks related to people, environment, processes, equipment, facilities, materials, or products; 4. Mandatory participation in SHE, Quality, UMS, and HR training programs; 5. Participate in risk assessments and identification of environmental aspects and impacts in your area when requested; 6. Participate in scheduled safety inspections when requested; 7. Apply the UMS methodology in carrying out your responsibilities, such as label opening, OPLs, improvement recordkeeping, board updates, and MA meetings; 8. Significantly support achieving your area’s objectives and targets; 9. Properly execute required actions within your professional scope regarding: Time & Attendance System, Access Control, PDP\-f, Skills Matrix, among others; 10. Use company resources responsibly, in compliance with applicable legislation and guidance from all departments—particularly Legal and HR; 11. Maintain your work area/production line clean and organized, adhering to established 5S standards; 12. Work at low-complexity workstations across the entire factory, performing predominantly manual tasks under the supervision and training of Operators; 13. Supply production lines with raw materials following area safety procedures and material handling protocols; 14. Clean and organize the production area in accordance with established area standards; 15. Assist Operators in cleaning equipment per the Cleaning Checklist standards and following safety procedures outlined in the LOTO guide and PPE usage guidelines; 16. Remove and dispatch materials to the factory waste disposal area following required SHE procedures; 17. Open SHE, Quality, and UMS labels ensuring compliance with established standards; 18. Fulfill workload and tasks assigned by your manager in accordance with SHE, Quality, and UMS standards; 19. Perform the following tasks when requested: packing into boxes, palletizing, minor pipe unthreading, and wrapping pallets with stretch film; 20. Know and comply with General Loss Control Rules; 21. Carry out your activities aiming to preserve the environment, in alignment with company policy; 22. Know and apply SHE and Quality policies in performing your activities; 23. Contribute to aspects related to Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety; 24. Collaborate on initiatives to achieve your area’s objectives and targets; 25. Meet Production Plan requirements; 26. Participate in risk assessments for your area when requested.
