We seek individuals who enjoy interacting with people, embrace an open mindset, take pride in delivering warm hospitality, and share our values and mission: delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages * Interact with guests, take orders, and serve appetizers and drinks * Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies * Knowledge of best practices in mixology * Familiarity with health surveillance requirements Benefits * Meals are provided on-site, with a monthly deduction of R$13.00; * We offer either a shuttle service or provide transportation tickets; no 6% transportation deduction applies; * Health insurance plan with 50% employer contribution; * Partnership with CNA English and Spanish language school; * Partnership with Poupe Já pharmacy located in Nossa Senhora do Ó; * Study assistance stipend available after six months of employment, capped at R$200.00. * Psychological counseling; * Flower essence therapies;
