Responsibilities: * Identify and report hazards in operations; * Manage risks and threats to Safety according to acceptable levels; * Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with conditions and restrictions of certificates issued by authorities and in compliance with company regulations and standards; * Ensure the Operational Safety Policy is understood, maintained, and disseminated throughout operations; * Disseminate the Quality philosophy regarding flight safety, and standards established by the Company in passenger service and operations; * Identify and report operational hazards via the AQD System; * Participate in the development of Company training programs and projects; * Deliver ground instruction in cabin crew formation and development programs, when necessary and applicable; * Guide cabin crew development during ground training, providing constructive feedback; * Monitor and record cabin crew performance during ground instruction; * Serve as a role model for conduct and personal presentation, preserving the Company’s image; * Stay current as an instructor-mentor (tutor) in the formation and development of new instructors; * Interact with the Technical Cabin Crew Training Coordination and the Planning, Customer Service, Infrastructure and Instruction Coordination, as applicable, for the development of lesson plans and teaching resources; * Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of pedagogical standards across operational areas; * Develop assessment tools to verify learning in accordance with current Operational Training Programs; * Stay updated on national, international legislation and regulations, and official Company publications, using only approved material for instruction; * Attend courses, seminars, and other activities related to the role for professional improvement and development; * Stay updated on Manuals, Operational Bulletins (BO), Informational Bulletins (BI), and Work Instructions (IT) relevant to instruction; * Stay updated on all Company publications prior to the start of any schedule or training; * Report and document results of all trainings conducted—satisfactory or unsatisfactory—as well as student absences during training; * Attend instructor alignment meetings. 2512310202491939305
