All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand data analysis needs across departments; * Create dynamic (dashboards) and statistical graphical reports; * Propose action plans to address deviations and opportunities; * Identify root causes of performance target deviations; * Conduct diagnostic and predictive data analysis; * Monitor performance indicators; * Manage and optimize campaigns; * Plan and control production; * Develop results presentations and implement automations; * Collect, store, and integrate database queries; * Create specific query rules for databases; * Generate periodic reports on relevant information obtained; * Identify opportunities through data analysis and generate insights; * Develop ETL scripts using SQL; * Design analytical views and KPIs to support better business decisions; * Extract data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **TECHNICAL** * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience in data analysis and indicator (KPI) development; * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields; * Prior experience developing database queries is desirable; * Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau platforms is desirable. **BEHAVIORAL** * Organizational and planning skills; * Sense of urgency; * Communication skills; * Teamwork; * Structured and creative thinking; * Data management; * Proactivity. **Additional Information** * Willingness to work on-site; * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday; * Willingness to work in Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE region.
